The delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected. In general, the delay is between 1 and 3 business days in Colombia after credited according to the amount of the purchase and according to the destination city.

You can request a change up to 10 days after the purchase is made.

7. What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
